Pandemic, virus, disease and infection disclaimer - Anyone entering these grounds understands they are subjecting themselves to possible exposure of COVID-19 among other things. Upon entering these grounds you accept responsibility for your decision to attend events and therefore the consequences of becoming ill or infected with Coronavirus. Attendance to any event is voluntary. Participants and spectators agree not to attend anything on our grounds should they be ill and/or have known exposure to anyone with active COVID-19. We are a community and it is our job to protect  each other. This is our opportunity to exhibit herd health and keep our elderly and vulnerable safe. We are working to safely host any and all events here at the grounds and ask that all who enter do the same. By entering our grounds you agree any potential exposure to any virus, infection or disease is your decision. You agree to not pursue any action against the Deer Park Fair Assoc, Clayton Community Fairgrounds or its Board and affiliates should you become infected with any unwelcome disease, infection or virus, including COVID-19.
