Clayton Community Fair August 21, 22, 23 - 2009

Clayton Community Fair is a family friendly event each year the 4th weekend of August. Price of admission is just $2 per person, per day Buy a 3-day wristband for $5 (save $1) (Free admission to children age 5 and younger) -  Information will be on registration form in 2009 Exhibitor's Handbook  - Dry camping available at $10 per night. The camping monies will assist in improvement to camping area. Handbooks will be available about July 4.  These handbooks will be distributed to your  local County Extension Office, local library and local businesses. 2009 Fair dates are: August 21, 22, 23 - 2009 "Living Green" with Clayton Community Fair Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 3 PM our annual 4H/FFA Clayton Junior Livestock auction will be held. What a great way to support our local youth.   What a great way to purchase fresh, locally produced home-grown meat for your freezer. Thank you to our purchasers and supporters of our market animal sale.   You each are appreciated. As Clayton Fairgrounds develop - we look forward to hosting many events.   Our  community meeting hall will be constructed as funds are available.   It will have the capacity to seat 300 or more folks   We want our Clayton fairgrounds to be used by many.   We anticipate serving many folks - such as 4H clubs, penning and reining groups, youth rodeo, antique shows, doll shows, dog shows and herding trials, car shows, and events that would use the commercial kitchen in our main building.
