Trials will start at the conclusion of the handler’s meeting. ENTRIES: Pre-entries must be POSTMARKED or hand-delivered no later than August 15, 2009. Entries received later will be assessed day-of-show entry fees. Pre-entries with a postmark prior to June 22, 2009 will not be accepted. Entries must be on an official ASCA form with the agreement signed on the back and all the information complete and legible. Please send a copy of registration papers with your entries. For Non ASCA registered dogs you can receive a tracking number in order to have ASCA track your legs and issue title certificates. Random draw for run order will be made prior to the trial. If an owner pulls an entry and that space can be filled from the waiting list, a refund shall be made. Refunds must be requested prior to the start of the trial. Bitches in season shall run in order of draw. Except as required by ASCA Rules and Regulations, no substitutions will be allowed. DIVISIONS: Advanced,Open,Started,Novice Handler,Junior Handler,FEO Jerda Smeltzer with Ancestral Voice Photography, will be here during the trial! A green ribbon will be given for all qualifying scores. A ribbon will be given for places 1 through 4. Other prizes may be offered. Five Belt Buckles will be offered for the 3-day(5-trial) combined awards (High Combined WTCH Aussie, High Combined Non WTCH Aussie, Most Promising Started Aussie, Most Promising Started Other Breed, High Combined Other Breed, and other special awards may be given. Rosettes and/or prizes will be awarded for High in Trial, High in Trial Junior, High Score Ducks, High Score Sheep, and High Score Cattle. On-Site Camping & RV parking will be $10.00/night, with limited electrical hookups. New bathrooms w/showers are available this year. Let us know if you will be staying on site and how many nights.
