R2.2.6 Local/Non-Member Contestant Entry Fees. A non-member can be allowed to enter one Pro-
West rodeo per year, with their entry treated as a local. If they wish to enter additional rodeos, they will
need to purchase either a permit or competing membership.

Local contestants must pay entry fees in cash or by credit card before the event call back. They may
also be guaranteed by a Pro-West cardholder in good standing, who must call the central entry office
and personally guarantee the locals fees. In the case of a local contestant fees not being paid or
guaranteed before rodeo callbacks, the contestant will be drawn out. CENTRAL ENTRY CAN TAKE
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

Non-members will pay gate entry as membership cards are the only gate entry exception.
MED OUT / TURN OUT:

Before callbacks call the entry office, after callbacks call the Pro-West office at 509-884-1800, ground
secretaries will be calling in to check messages. Remember fees must reach the ground secretary
before payout, or it will be a $50.00 turnout and fees will not be included in payout. The only exception
is medical and vets, and these must be to the office within 10 days, these fees will not be included in
the payoff.

TRADES: R3.2 Trades are permitted after positions have been drawn during call back and at least one-
half hour (1/2hr) prior to stock draws for performances or slack in accordance with the following:
a. Position trades shall be made with central entry during call back only or with arena secretaries on
days of a rodeo only.
b. All parties desiring trades must contact central entry during call back or arena secretaries on days of
a rodeo to initiate and verify trades.
c. Verification of trades by all involved parties with central entry or arena secretaries must be by
telephone, cell phone, or in writing signed by all involved parties.
GROUND RULES: Performances must fill with 10 contestants before slack is allowed
Only the following persons are allowed behind rough stock and timed event area.
-Rodeo Contractor and his personnel
-Contestant and 1 helper. NO Children under 18
All dogs must be on a leash, except for stock contractor or special acts

ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS IN GRANDSTANDS

COWBOY NOTES: Contestants must show membership card to get in the gate. No exceptions, no
refunds. You will only be allowed the number of companions on your card, please remember the gate
people are volunteers who are trying to make these rodeos successful, please treat them respectfully!!!
